Describe what this PR does / why we need it

The README says that the latest version supported is v0.10.0 which didn't match which version is being tested in the CI/CD

Overall, testing with the later version of nvim might be a good idea. Maybe a matrix of version (old and new) can be tested in the CI/CD

What are the thoughts on this and which information is accurate?

Merging since the tests are hanging up with the current 0.7.0 version.

We can iterate
